Join us at HSSC as we commemorate Victory in Europe Day with a vibrant Street Party by the Marina—a day of reflection, celebration, and club spirit.

We have managed to secure the fantastic Cecil Farayi to perform live to add to the party atmosphere.

With Street Party tables set outside facing the marina and traditional Fish and Chips in a box – perfect for the occasion. 

Club Members, Families, and Guests—all are welcome to join the celebration.

THE CLUB

Hornet Services Sailing Club provides cost-effective sailing and social facilities for serving and veteran members of the Armed Forces and supporting Civil Servants. Based in Gosport, we operate a full-service marina including berthing, winter storage and maintenance. We have an active programme of both cruising and racing, and a varied social programme. We welcome applications for membership from anyone who is serving, or who has served in the Regular or Reserve Armed Forces, or MOD Civil Service. A warm welcome and camaraderie awaits!

SAILING

Hornet Services Sailing Club has a Wednesday evening race programme run in conjunction with the Royal Navy Sailing Association (RNSA). A full Rally programme to a range of venues on the South Coast is planned for 2024. See the Sailing tab and Upcoming Events for further details.

MARINA

Hornet Services Sailing Club is located close the the entrance to Portsmouth Harbour and has a 200 berth Marina. See the Marina tab for further details.

CLUBHOUSE

The Clubhouse at Hornet Services Sailing Club is open 7 days a week and offers a bar and food service with a range of functions throughout the year. See the Clubhouse tab for further details.
