Spring Dinner open to all Members

Welcome drinks on arrival.

Dress: Jacket and Tie

£25 per person

Menu

Starters:
Tien of Prawn & Pepper
Layers of Prawns, Roasted Peppers and Avocado served on a Bed of Rocket
And watercress Salad with a Lemon, Black Pepper and Mustard Dressing


Mains:
Spring Roasted Stuffed Lamb
Lamb Leg stuffed with Apricot, Rosemary & Spinach enthused Stuffing
With a Rich Port Gravy

Mushroom and Stilton Wellington
Mushrooms and Stilton combined in a Creamy Sauce, wrapped in Puff Pastry
Then baked until golden, served with a Garlic & Black Pepper Sauce

All served with herb roasted Baby New potatoes
Sweet Buttered Carrots & Fine Green Beans

Dessert:
Mixed Berry and White Chocolate Fool
A light Rum based Custard Cream Folded with a Mixed Berry Compote
Topped with White Chocolate Shavings and with a Light Apple Cake
