The RN's big night!!

RIG: Black Tie and Miniature Medals.

PROGRAMME:

1900 - Welcome drinks in the Fabrosa Room

1930 onwards - Dinner including Ships of the Line, speeches, toasts and port

o/c - Sea Shanties led by Andy Phenna, Vice Commodore and other willing volunteers!

MENU:

Starters

Glazed Fig and Goats Cheese
Basil oil, and honey mustard dressing

Chicken Liver Parfait
Cherry tomato jam, toasted focaccia and balsamic


Main Course

Roasted
Sirloin of Beef
Roasted plum tomato, water cress, triple cooked chips, and café de paris

Seared Sea Bass
Carrot puree, wilted spinach, crusted new potato and beurre blanc

Roasted Vegetable Pathivier
Dressed leaves and tomato compote (smoked)

Desserts

Vanilla Panacotta, sesame truffle and berry compote

Salted Caramel Brownie with Vanilla Ice-Cream
