Informal Update to Members

On Fri 8 Mar, from 1830 - 2100 in the Fabrosa Room, the Committee will provide an informal update which will include: results of the 2023 members survey; findings and further work arising from the Strategy Review; a draft Vision & Values for the Club; an update on the Clubs finances, set in an historic context and with a look to the longer term; an update on last years fraud; feedback from the consultation on the recent Membership paper; and the Committees priorities for 2024. Discussion and debate will be encouraged! A light sandwich buffet will be available free of charge and the bar will be open! It would be helpful for catering purposes if Members planning to attend could advise Sarah in advance (admin@hornetservicessailing.org.uk).
