Wednesday Night Racing A reminder that Wednesday Night Racing - Autumn Series starts this coming Wednesday 9th September. | ||
The John Lewis Partnership Sailing Club Regatta The John Lewis Partnership Sailing Club are delighted to invite you to join our 75th anniversary regatta on 3rd & 4th October. They be running the racing from the Island Sailing Club. This year the regatta is their last on-the-water 75th celebration. To join us please find attached the Notice of Race and entry form. Are you able to help? Between Monday 14th and Friday 18th September, we will be tidying up the clubhouse. We are looking for a team of volunteers to help us with some painting, light DIY and some general housekeeping. Battle of Britain Dinner - Saturday 19th September - 7pm Last chance to book your place at the Club's annual Battle of Britain Dinner. The evening will feature a traditional dinner followed by a fascinating guest talk from Mike Bennett. Mikes talk will be based on a flight of Hurricanes from 249 Squadron, based at Boscombe Down.
