1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Kings Harbour Master Portsmouth that as part of the Southsea Coastal Scheme works, there will be deliveries of shingle as beach recharge activity along that area of the seafront between the Hover Port and the Southsea Rowing club building, operating 24 hours per day from the 26 April - 12 May 2025.

2. The vessel supporting these works is the Multi-hull utility vessel PAUL D (LOA 22m) which will be on site from the 26 April 12 May with the shingle material being delivered to Southsea by the Trailer Hopper Suction Dredger (THSD) STRANDWAY (LOA 92.1m), between 1 8 May 2025 which will drop an anchor astern, as it approaches. Shingle will then be pumped onto the beach through a discharge pipe.

3. During manoeuvres into position off Southsea, STRANDWAY will be restricted in its ability to manoeuvre, and all vessels are to keep well clear while they are engaged in approaching, anchoring and discharge operations. Vessels are warned to keep at least 250 metres clear of the stern of the vessel to avoid the stern anchor wire.

4. STRANDWAY will keep KHM informed of progress and will monitor VHF Channels 11, 12 & 16 as necessary.

5. Cancel this LNTM 14 May 2025.
