Unauthorised Access to Spitbank Fort - KHM Portsmouth LNTM No. 94/25

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Kings Harbour Master, on behalf of Fortify Solent Ltd, that unauthorised access to Spitbank Fort is subject to a court order.
2. On 17 July 2025, an injunction was made by the High Court of Justice prohibiting anyone from climbing upon, or otherwise entering, occupying, or remaining upon any part of Spitbank Fort, Solent, Portsmouth without the consent of Fortify Solent Ltd.
3. Anyone in breach of the injunction will be in contempt of court and may be imprisoned, fined or have their assets seized.

6. Cancel this LNTM on 31 December 2025.
