Ladies & Gentlemen,

I am pleased to inform you that the gas repair has now been fully fixed and the Galley is open as normal with no disruptions.

We have lots going on for the remainder of the month with a Father's Day Carvery planned for this Sunday so if you would like to attend email functions@hornetservicessailing.org.uk or contact the office.

We have the popular Wednesday Night race series every Wednesday culminating in the Big Buoys Challenge on Saturday 28 June 2025. The Big Buoys Challenge coincides with Armed Forces Day and we have a club BBQ to welcome the yachts back to hornet for a presentation along with live music. 

With lots to get involved with I look forward to seeing you at the club.

Yacht Berth Positions

The marina team have recently adjusted some yacht berths to ensure that there are equal spaces between yachts when berthed.

Berthing with consideration for others ensures the best use of pontoon space. When you are safely alongside please make the relevant adjustments. 

I appreciate your consideration.

FB3 Tarmac / Concrete Repair

The works on FB3 have now been finalised. 

Any access restrictions have been lifted.

HSSC Big Buoys Challenge, BBQ, Live Music @ Armed Forces Day 16.00pm 

To race in the event please register your boat via the online form below or download a copy of the entrance form and send in to me asap. 

You will find the race instructions, Marks and application details below. 

If you would simply like to come along and enjoy the BBQ, Live Music and great club atmosphere then gather your friends and family and simply email functions@hornetservicessailing.org.uk.

BBQ and Music will commence at 16.00 onwards when the boats return to join the fun. 

The clubhouse bar is open all day.
